The Directorate wishes to notify the CEP (IBP) students that the university has put in place an online room application process for these students. This process is geared towards assisting students to make advance application for rooms. The Directorate of Accommodation will then make prior allocation of rooms to the successful applicants. This will assist students to know in advance the rooms they have been allocated and to enable them make necessary payment arrangements in good time.
In view of the above, students interested in accommodation for the December 2019 session are advised to use the following link to the university accommodation website in order to apply.
Please take note of the following application and allocation deadlines:
1. Date of opening of system for online application: Friday, 15 th November, 2019 at 3.00 pm
2. Deadline for online room application: 29 th November 2019 at 3.00pm
3. Notification of results of room application/allocation will be done Monday 9 th December 2019.
